Join us for a Build Your Own Terrarium Workshop!
All materials included, no experience necessary!
In this workshop, guests will create their own terrariums using foraged and dried materials. Imagine a terrarium that encapsulates the rustic charm of the outdoors, a true masterpiece of nature's artistry.
Layer by layer you will create your own natural world. Carefully chosen dried and natural items, such as skulls, crystals, weathered twigs, dried mushrooms and mossy branches, create the foundation of your scene. Each piece tells a story of the forest!
Use your terrarium as decor in your home or add to any centerpiece, instantly adding a touch of outdoors!
Foraged Terrarium Workshop
First, we will all dive in together and learn the basics of identifying native plants, bugs, and mushrooms. Then as a self-guided activity, use those materials to create a beautifully preserved little world!
Held at the beautiful Farm at Glen Mary, this location holds an abundance of inspiration and knowledge.
Class is welcomed to all ages. Children 12 and under will supervision by an accompanying adult at all times. *Hot glue guns will be present during assembly.*
Ticket includes a 15ml glass tube along with complementary drinks and appetizers. Upgraded tube sizes are available during booking or on location.
An instructor will be there for guidance and present sample work.
All materials are ethically sourced and foraged.
Beauty in the Backyard - Art Workshops
Freedom Palette will be teaching at our first ever festival, Beauty in the Backyard! Located in Oakland, Maryland, this is a week long event.
We will be hosting various workshops including acrylic painting, watercolor, kid’s finger painting, and how to make your own paint and art materials.
Supplies will be provided during class and available for purchase.
Limited spots per workshop and payments made with cash or card will be accepted at event only.

Join us on the Trail to the Beauty in the Backyard "The Chrysalis" a one-night campout like no other!
Freedom Palette will be hosting a donation based finger paint class for all ages using Eco Kids all-natural finger paint.
This Cacao Dance will be a night to remember, on a beautiful campgrounds with a lake, live music and arts, indoor and outdoor facilities, vegan food and non-alcoholic beverages.
Leonardtown Earth Day - Community Mural
Come and have fun at the many events happening during Leonardtown’s Earth Day Celebration.
Freedom Palette will be hosting a community mural, meaning we provide all the supplies needed for you to help us paint.
