Each workshop is set with the intention to use art as a powerful tool for self exploration.

    Guided Meditation & Collage Workshop

    Starting with a 15min guided meditation, guests will be taken on a journey of visuals that represent what has shaped them through life.

    This meditation is combined with a collage workshop that will represent the journey taken through meditation with a message of self acceptance and appreciation.

    Embodied Watercolor Workshop

    In this workshop we are guided back to our earliest ancestors and how color was a tool for survival. We will go through how color has always had an effect on how we feel in influencing cultures and our sense of self.

    Using natural loose pigment and watercolor binder, guests will make their own paints and add to a collective palette for all to share.

    Sacred Rage Pottery

    This workshop will lead with a guided meditation that addresses grief, fear, unfairness, stress, ect. that are stem from the expression of rage.

    The process of acknowledging, addressing, accepting, and expressing it in a healthy way. With a prompt we will writing and burn. Those ashes will be added to the clay before we begin.

    A message that sacred rage is a tool to listen to and a means to build something better.

    Natural Finger Paint

    The joys of pure play with this workshop. Children and adults are lead to finger paint whatever they’d like with natural pigments and water.
